Joel McNatt – Founder & Owner
After working in the plumbing industry for 18 years, Joel McNatt decided to start his own plumbing company that would offer better plumbing solutions than what other companies offered. In 1988, he founded McNatt Plumbing Company, Inc. with only one truck, two people, an unmatched work ethic and an infinite amount of ambition.
With hard work and integrity, Joel built a company that now employs a staff of over 50 people and possesses vast resources including a fleet of over 30 trucks, advanced equipment and the tools necessary to complete any plumbing job, big or small. More importantly, he has the knowledge and expertise that’s not only vital to the plumbing industry, but also supports his extensive list of projects including homes, offices, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, colleges, supermarkets, financial institutions, and more all over the state of Florida.
Over the past 30 years, Joel has established and maintained long-lasting, working relationships with countless customers, contractors and vendors. Because of his expertise, his integrity, and his commitment to excellence, Joel is known as Tampa’s “trusted” plumber…a title he’s honored to have and truly upholds.
